Shipping policy

Currently, we provide domestic shipping only.

Our shipping dates are Monday -Thursday ONLY.

We will NOT ship any orders on Friday or Saturday as these are our production days.

After an order is placed, please allow 24-48 hours for processing time. All orders are handcrafted in small batches to ensure premium results, which include labeling and shipping. Once your order is processed, you should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days.

Please ensure your address is correct and notify us immediately at milajae@milajaebody.com, if an address change must be made. If an order is returned, we will invoice you for the shipping fee and reship, once your address is verified correct.

All orders are shipped via USPS, tracking and confirmation is provided. Once an order has shown delivered it is not the responsibility of Mila Jae Body LLC for unclaimed, lost or stolen  packages. Please check with your local carrier to ensure it wasn’t delivered to the wrong address. No replacements nor refunds will be honored. If you would like signature confirmation of delivery, please indicate the specific request in the “Notes to Seller” field of your order.

 

Due to USPS shipping delays, we highly recommend that our customers select  PRIORITY shipping. This will ensure that you to receive your awesome products ASAP. We’ve tracked a consistent 2-4 business day turnaround delivery with this option.
