We currently provide US domestic shipping from Monday -Thursday.
After an order is placed, a 24-72 hours processing time is needed. All orders are handcrafted in small batches to ensure premium results, which include labeling and shipping. All orders are shipped using USPS first class or PRIORITY mail, including tracking and a scheduled delivery time of 2-6 business days, depending on your shipping preference.
Please ensure your address is correct and notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if an address change must be made.
Once we confirm your order is ready for shipping, a USPS tracking number is emailed to you using the email address entered during checkout. Once USPS has received the order, all customers are strongly encouraged to track their order using the tracking number. Please use the USPS.com website tracking feature to be updated to the status of your package. IF there is an issue with the delivery, please contact USPS directly (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number to get a more accurate delivery date.
Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. No replacements nor refunds will be honored. Please check with your local carrier to get the details of your delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist.
If an order is returned, we will invoice you for the shipping fee and reship once your updated address is verified as correct.
