All orders are handcrafted in small batches for premium quality, including labeling and shipping.

Once processed, you can expect your order within 3 to 6 business days based on your chosen shipping method.

Checking Order Status:

To check your order status, refer to the email notification or log in to your account.

You'll receive a USPS shipping tracking number once your order is shipped.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping.

Sample Offers:

We occasionally include samples with your purchase.

Wholesale Pricing:

We do not offer wholesale pricing at this time.

Warm Weather Shipping:

 In warm weather, some products may soften or melt during transit.

To prevent softening and ensure a prompt delivery, certain products will be shipped with a Reusable Gel Ice Pack for an additional fee.

Turmeric and Skin:

Our Turmeric products are suitable for all skin types and tones.

Turmeric has various skin benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, and antioxidant effects.

Turmeric + Neem vs. Turmeric + Manuka Honey Body Bar:

Both bars share essential benefits, but the Manuka Honey version includes additional nutrients for skin nourishment and moisture restoration.

Product Shelf Life:

We recommend using our products within 9-12 months.

Payment Options:

We accept major credit cards, Shopify Pay, and PayPal.

Quadpay Payment:

Quadpay allows you to pay in four easy installments every two weeks for orders over $35.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase by contacting hello@milajaebody.com.

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Allergic Reactions:

If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Note: Some products contain Calendula and Lavender, so consult your physician if you are pregnant or using medication.
